I am so out of order, feels like I haven't blogged in forever. The schedule is crazy between work and the end of the school year approaching. And never mind the move! One day just keeps running smack dab into another day. UGH!

I hit the packing wall like a week ago, so no additional progress there. No word on if this contract is being signed by the seller and/or when we will receive it back. No worries, Jill (the fantastic realtor) is all over it daily. So it still looks like Plan B will be in affect until the end of school; storage and a hotel. So my husband's entire closet that I was really hoping to walk over on the hangars. Looks like we'll have to box it all up.

I do have one more trick up my sleeve. If I can just get a signed contract to say all parties are moving forward with the deal. I think I'll have my realtor approach them about letting us go ahead and move in and we pay a prorated rent until we close. It's a long shot but it's the last shot we've got before Plan B. Sellers dont like doing it because if the deal falls through people may get agree and begin to destroy the property and/or if you get in early, you may find out what you are really buying and walk away. So we'll see. We just want the signed contract first.

So as my 60 days wind down, it's time to get further along with my packing. It's time for the mental strategy I've been avoiding writting down will have to be brought to life. Time to pull out the colored sticky notes and  labels. And finally time to purchase boxes...and lots of them. Maybe I should post pics of my progress. That way you guys will be my accountability.
