Quick Finds...Walgreens, Target, & Giant

I know...I know. I promise to get in a Soap Box on how things are going with the house soon. I'm extremely behind on my coupons. I have been clipping for 3 days and I'm still not really ready to go to a store yet. But here are a few deals I do know of:

Walgreens:
Kellogg's Cereal 12-15oz boxes 2/$4
~Use $1/2 MQ
Total: $1.50/box

Gain Detergent $5
~Use $2 off Gain or Tide MQ
Total: $3

Giant:
Giant Drumsticks, Thighs, & Leg Quarters $.99cent/lb
no coupon needed (great time to stock the freezer)

Era Detergent $2.99
~Use $1/1 MQ
Total: $1.99/bottle

Target:
Colgate Optic White Toothpaste $2.99
~Use $1.50/1 MQ
~Use $1/1 Target Web
Total: $.49cent/box after coupons

These blurbs will get better as I get back into the swing of things. If you are getting a deal or know of a great internet printable (IP), share it by posting a comment below. Thanks.

Command Strip Coupon + Deal Match Up

CLICK HERE to get a coupon for $.50cent off Command Hooks and another $.50cent coupon off of Command Strips.

Walgreen's has Command Strips and Hooks 2/$3 this week. So keep your eyes peeled to snag Command Strips for $1 each.

I've used Command Strips they are great for hanging most light weight pictures & dry erase boards and the hooks are great for organizing book bags, purses, towels, coats, jewelry, dorm rooms and more.

Happy Shopping! Happy Saving!

Walgreens Relaxer Kit Deal

For all you African American ladies out there who need a home-relaxer kit on stand by, have I got a deal for you. Walgreens has the Dark & Lovely and Optimum Care relaxer kits on for $5.99 until 2/19. Use the coupon found HERE for $2 off, plus when you buy one of these relaxer kits this week you get a $4RR (register reward), meaning $4 off your next purchase.

Now I'm not telling you what to do but I will share that Quilted Northern (9 Big Rolls) is also on sale for $3.99 this week. Do the two products in separate transactions and you get a relaxer and tissue for $4, a $6 savings. Not too shabby, if I say so myself.

I don't really need the relaxer kit but the baby sis would love to get one in a blessings box. I can't wait.

Cheap Nyquil & Soy Joy at Walgreens

Check your Walgreen's for close out Soy Joy bars. You can snag them for $.17cent a piece when you use your $2 off of 10 Soy Joy Bars.

Also, keep your eyes peeled for close out Nyquil. Select Cough & Cold flavors are on close out for $1.89 (berry) and $1.39 for Cherry/Vanilla. Use your $1.50 off a Vicks Nyquil or $1 off a Vick's product snag for cheap and maybe even FREE. I got the last bottle at my Walgreens.

You may run into a bit of trouble with the coupon adjustment for the $1.39 kind but Walgreens has issued a new coupon policy as of 8/26 (I had to call corporate today) that does allow for the coupon to be price adjusted to the cost of the product if cheaper than the value of the coupon.

Here's what all I snagged for $3.57.

Twin Boxes of Nexcare Band-aids were on clearance for $1.50 and I used 3 $1 off a Nexcare product, grabbed up 6 boxes total for only $.25cent a box. Not too shabby!!!
