Planning On A Good Week: Meal Plan
Eating from last week's meal plan was a breeze. It was really nice not to be bogged down in the kitchen (where I love to cook but hate to clean). I will admit that we cheated on Thursday and got Burger King but it's because we wanted to, not because we had to. So Thursdays' meal is now tonight's meal.
But this week, I've struggled a bit to come up with a meal plan we'll want to eat that varies a little from last week. Below you'll find what my week looks like, and if anyone has a suggestion for my blank day...feel free to post a comment.
Monday (Meatless Monday):
Grilled Cheese (the man child)
Egg Salad Sandwich (me)
Home Fries
Salad
Tuesday:
Honey Baked Chicken
Rice
Broccoli
Wednesday:
Chilli
(w/ biscuit bowls for me, mmmm)
Thursday:
??? I'm totally blank???
Friday:
"FREE FOR ALL" or leftover medley
Remember, good weeks just don't happen...they're planned!!!
