Plan On A Good Week: Meal Plan for the Week

I actually made my meal plan in advance this week. I've been making the meal plan for the past 2 weeks but haven't been actually cooking in ahead of time and it hasn't been the same. Knowing what you are going to eat saves a bit of time but already having it made, is truly freeing. Something about this morning just feels different knowing dinner is done! I guess that leaves more time for playing outdoors considering it is supposed to be 76 degrees today. Maybe I'll catch a few minutes in the hammock today. After all, all I have to do is turn on the oven and wait for dinner to heat up. It's going to be a good week. Here's what we are having.

"Meatless" Monday
Whytehouse Black Bean Soup

Tuesday
Salad w/ Meat w/ garlic toast

Wednesday
Spaghetti (I just have to make the noodles)

Thursday
Baked Chicken w/ Cheesy Broccoli & Rice Casserole
(I even made an allergy free casserole for the man child)

Friday "Family Movie Night"
Pizza

Saturday
Leftover Medley
