You may want to check your local libraries to make sure they aren't offering any free programs like this:

IDENT-A-CHILD, the sheriff's department will offer FREE Ident-A-Child plastic cards with a photo I.D. of your child.

Should you reside in Prince William County, Chinn Library will host this program on Tuesday, July 13th from 10:30am-12:30pm. It is for all ages and no sign up is  required. Needless to say, I'll be there.
