Oral B Deal at CVS + Free Phillips Headphones

Here's another potential great deal from CVS. Spend $10 on Oral B Pulsar or Manual Toothbrushes (prices start at $2.99) and receive $5 in extra care bucks. The fine print says the extra care buck limit is 2/household. So you'll get $10 back!!! And that's before coupons. Look through your Q's and see if you have the BOGO Oral B toothbrush MQ or $1/1 Oral B toothbrush. This could make for a sweet stock up, a great price, and $10 to spend on your next order.

You'll also find Phillips In-Earphones for $6.99w/card. With this purchase you'll receive $6.99 in extra care bucks. It's kind of like getting them for FREE. The special ends TODAY. After today the headphones are still $6.99 w/ card but no extra care bucks will be given.

As always, Happy Saving.

CVS Shopping Trip

Whew! It's good to know I've still got it. Even though I haven't couponed in a month, went to CVS and made out like a bandit. I had $12 in extra care bucks that expired on June 23rd. Our house actually needed paper towels, so I decided to take advantage of the Bounty 8 roll of paper towels on for $6.97. I know it doesn't sound like a great deal. But I had a $1.00 and once I got to CVS, I scanned my shopping card and got a coupon for $2.00 off Bounty paper towels. What are those odds?

So I ended up with 2-8 roll packs of Bounty paper towels. I also picked up a 3pk of Zip & Steam bags. They were only $1.19 and I had a $1.00 off coupon.  Dawn dish detergent was on for 10 for $10. 2 Dentyne Pure Gum was $1.29, and I had $1.00 off coupons for those as well. And I was still under!!! So at the very last minute I just grabbed my BOGO Tic Tac coupon. My Total Out Of Pocket (OOP)? $1.95. It's good to be me. LOL.

CVS Deals

Grabbed a great deal at CVS today (thanks to my fellow couponer Amanda). Gillette Body Wash is $4. Used a BOGO coupon from the May 2010 P&G and got $8 in extra care bucks. If you are not familiar with CVS lingo, it pretty much means I got an $8 coupon to use on my next purchase.

Another great "get-paid to shop" deal  at CVS is the Nivea/Eucerin Products. When you spend $15 in Nivea/Eucerin products, you'll receive $5 in extra care bucks. So I walked out spending $8 and $13 for next time.

*The cashier scanned my BOGO coupon before scanning my CVS card, so I got an extra dollar off. The body wash is regular price $4.99. The coupon allows one free body wash in value up to $4.99. Then we she scanned my card, it adjusted to the sale price, giving me an extra .99 off. Sometimes you just get lucky.
