Soap Box: Product Review
Today's Product Review, Honey Butter RITZ Crackers. In a word...YUM! It's still the buttery melt-in-your-month flavor you've grown to love from RITZ, only it's slightly sweet. Don't think graham cracker sweet, literally just a touch of honey but soooo good.
I couponed for these a couple of month ago and decided to try a variety of flavors since I'm paying little to nothing for them, and got a winner. Eat them plain or with peanut butter. Better yet, I tried this recipe from the back of the box and wanted more after eating 6 of them. Should you get the chance, they are worth a try.
PB Mallow Fruit Bites
1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
24 Honey Butter RITZ crackers
1 banana, cut into 24 slices
24 strawberry slices (abt 1/2 cup)
Ground Cinnamon
Mix peanut butter and marshmallow cream until swirled but not completely blended. Spread onto crackers. Top each w/ a banana slice and strawberry slice. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Note: if you want to eat this for breakfast, substitute cream cheese spread for marshmallow cream. You can also substitute crunchy peanut butter for creamy.
