Bloom is doubling coupons up to $.99cent (limit 20 coupons per day) for the entire month of September. Why is this news? Bloom doesn't double any coupon, any day. So this is kind of a big deal. It will at least get me in to take a look around and see what I can find. Hope to report some great deals to you soon.
